L-type electric hoist gantry crane
1. L-type electric hoist semi gantry crane and CD, MD, HC and other models of electric hoists are used together. A light rail operated small crane with a small windward side, suitable for use in both indoor and outdoor areas and windy regions. It has a lifting capacity of Gn=2t-10t, a span of 10m-30m, a working environment below+40 ℃, a working level of 25%, and a wind pressure not exceeding 125Pa.
2. Technical features: The transmission adopts a new generation three in one system, and the electrical appliances are controlled by contactless module speed regulation, which can achieve micro speed and dual speed close frequency conversion functions. The operation and lifting performance are particularly smooth, equipped with overload alarm, inclined pulling and lifting, anti hook collision protection, and overcurrent protection for missing items. The control panel (handle) adopts 12V voltage to achieve multifunctional protection for the hoist door crane. When the voltage is within 380V+5-10%, the electronic control can be used for a long time up to "2 million" times.
3. Selection principle: Industry of use, starting, jogging times/1 hour, practical time per day h, always indicate: for light cranes, starting, jogging is Gn/10 ≈ 80 times/1 hour, Gn/2 ≈ 40 times/h, Gn/1 ≈ 20 times/1 hour, high temperature 50 ℃ and harsh environment times/1 hour ÷ 2.
4. Attention:
① At the work site, when the crane stops working, the user should promptly lock the crane.
② The main switch of this crane is not equipped with any wires. It is strictly prohibited to use it for dangerous operations such as lifting high-temperature molten liquids, flammable, explosive, corrosive (acid, alkali, plating, steam moisture), overloading, dust, etc.
③ The total length of the external suspension of the gantry crane is less than 1/3 of the span, and 90% of the outer suspension limit Gn. The heavy object must be moved to the inside of the leg before the large vehicle can operate. The heavy object Gn that needs to be driven outside the legs should be reduced by 10-20%. When the overhang exceeds 1/3 of the mid span, Gn should be reduced in sections. In the above situations, it is necessary to approach the supporting leg cart at noon before operation. Small spans should not run outside the legs.
