1. Daily Pre-Shift Basic Inspection (Before Daily Operations)

Appearance and Environmental Inspection: Remove debris from the tracks, ensure there are no obstructions around the crane, and inspect the entire machine for obvious deformation or cracks.

Safety device pre-inspection: Test the lifting height limiter and travel limiter for sensitive and effective operation, and confirm that the emergency power-off switch can properly cut off the main power supply.

Windproof Component Inspection: For open-air operations, inspect the rail clamps and anti-wind slip devices to ensure they are in good condition, and confirm that the wind speed and wind scale alarm display is functioning properly.

No-load trial run: Complete the full-process testing of no-load lifting and trolley and bridge movements, ensuring all mechanisms operate without abnormal noise and braking functions are reliable.

II. Monthly Routine Maintenance

Metal structure inspection: Check the welds of the main beam and support legs, confirm that the crack depth does not exceed the standard allowable value, and ensure that the connecting bolts are not loose.

Mechanical Component Maintenance: Inspect that the number of broken wires in the steel cable does not exceed the safety threshold, replenish grease according to specifications, and check that the lubricant level in the reducer is normal.

Electrical System Inspection: Tighten all terminal connections, test the continuity of control circuits for normal operation, and clean dust accumulation inside the electrical cabinet.

Safety device verification: Calibrate the lifting capacity limiter to ensure it can trigger protection in case of overload, and test the proper coordination between the buffer and the rail end stopper.

3. Quarterly Z-point Special Inspection

Track system maintenance: Inspect the track pressure plates for looseness, ensure the track wear is within the allowable range, and clean the surface rust from the track.

Maintenance of the transmission mechanism: Lubricate the walking wheels and couplings, inspect gear wear, and adjust the brake clearance.

Specialized Inspection of Windproof Systems: Conduct full-stroke tests on the rail clamp and anchoring devices of open-air models to verify that the wind resistance and anti-skid performance meet the standards.

IV. Annual Surface System Maintenance

Comprehensive machine inspection: Conduct flaw detection on all metal structures to identify hidden cracks, and perform rust removal and repainting on corroded areas.

Component depth maintenance: Replace steel wire ropes that meet the scrapping standard, replace aged seals, and perform lubricant oil *replacement for reducers.
