The maintenance and upkeep of the main components require regular lubrication of the steel wire rope; Bearings should always be kept in a lubricated state; When the wear of the wheel rim exceeds 30% of the original thickness or the rim part cracks, the wheel should be replaced; There should be a certain amount of oil inside the reducer; The brake of the lifting mechanism should be checked once a day, and the brake of the operating mechanism should be checked once every 2-3 days. The maintenance and upkeep of electrical equipment should keep it clean and regularly observe whether the rotor slip ring brush of the motor is in good condition and whether there is wear and tear; Is the noise emitted by electric motors, electromagnets, relays, and electromagnetic switches normal;
