Shandong gantry crane manufacturer introduces flower frame gantry crane to everyone
The upper bridge frame (including main beam and end beam) of the gantry crane is composed of supporting legs, lower crossbeam, and other parts. In order to expand the scale of crane operations, the main beam can extend beyond the support legs to one or both sides, forming a cantilever. A crane trolley with an arm frame can also be used to expand the scale of crane operations through the pitch and rotation of the arm frame. Compared to double girder gantry cranes, the overall stiffness is weaker. Therefore, when the starting weight Q is ≤ 50t and the span S is ≤ 35m, the gantry crane (also known as the gantry crane) is a bridge type crane supported on the ground track by two legs. Structurally, it consists of a gantry, a large vehicle operating mechanism, a lifting trolley, and electrical components. Some gantry cranes only have legs on one side.
The flower rack gantry crane can be used in this way. The single main beam gantry crane has two types of door legs: L-shaped and C-shaped. L-shaped manufacturing equipment is convenient, has good stress conditions, and has a relatively small mass, but the space for lifting goods through the support legs is relatively small. The C-shaped legs are designed to be inclined or curved, with the intention of providing ample lateral space for goods to pass smoothly through the legs. The double main beam gantry crane has strong bearing capacity, large span, good overall stability, and a variety of types. However, its own weight is larger than that of a single main beam gantry crane with the same lifting capacity, and the cost is also higher. The use of steel plates welded into a box structure has the characteristics of high performance and high rigidity. Generally used for gantry cranes with large and super large tonnage. Such equipment also includes small gantry cranes, single beam bridge cranes, and gantry cranes.
