1. Conduct on-site surveys and ensure proper protection

Conduct on-site inspections for the installation of single beam cranes, and promptly address areas with risks. The staff conducted on-site knowledge education for all workers at the construction site, interpreting various regulations and common problems throughout the entire construction process. These are all preparatory work before the installation of the single beam crane with a stacking chain. The steel wire rope (diameter 12mm galvanized steel wire rope) will be tied and fixed on both sides of the track main beam according to the specific height: prepare the ladder or high-altitude operation machine equipment, and set up warning signs.

2. Track paving

Lift the single beam crane track to the load-bearing main beam, and prepare the track annotation and installation special tools in advance. Accurately measure the driving span specifications and their flatness. Use manual hoists to pull the railway tracks onto the steel frame structure one by one and fix them firmly with bent hooks. Clearly define the span and the gap between the track connection joints, and fix the railway tracks firmly. According to the requirements of G-325, weld the car stops on both sides of the track by electric welding, so that the car stops on the track touch the buffer of the lifting equipment evenly.

3. The entire equipment is lifted

Lift the load-bearing beam of the single beam crane onto the track using a crane, select a moderately long galvanized steel wire rope based on the height of the industrial plant, and minimize the length of the rope between the crane beams to increase the lifting height. Pay attention to the mutual cooperation of the staff during the lifting period.

4. Installation and adjustment of electrical equipment

Connect the electrical system of the single beam gantry crane according to the product sample diagram, and route the sliding contact wire collector/wire rope drum flexible cable. Install each travel switch according to the sample diagram. Install three-phase indicator lights on the top wall of the guide rail. Install a switch power supply air leakage switch and connect it to the sliding contact wire/wire rope drum flexible cable. Accurately measure the grounding resistance of the main control circuit and control circuit of electrical equipment, and ensure that the resistance value meets the requirements of GB50256-96. The installation of electrical equipment must comply with the requirements of standards such as GB50256-96 and GB6067-85.
