1. Maintenance of crane axles and bearings
(1) Axle neck inspection: The ovality and conicity of the axle neck during maintenance shall not exceed 0.03mm;
(2) Crack inspection: Use a magnetic or ultrasonic flaw detector to inspect the shaft. There shall be no cracks on the shaft, and the scratch depth shall not exceed 0.03 millimeters;
(3) Overhaul of rolling bearings: Is the axial clearance between the inner and outer rings of tapered roller bearings 0.03? 0.18mm. The clearance for adjusting the bearing cover should be 0.5? Within the range of 1.5mm.
2. Maintenance of crane gears and reducers
(1) Disassemble the gearbox and check the gear grinding condition;
(2) Tooth surface inspection: The wear of the * * * shaft gear of the lifting mechanism reducer should not exceed 10% of the tooth thickness, and the rest should be less than 20%; The gears on the reducer shaft of large and small vehicle operating mechanisms are not worn. It should exceed 15%, and the rest should be less than 25%. If the pitting corrosion on the tooth surface damages 30% of the meshing surface and reaches a depth of 10% of the original tooth thickness, the gear should be scrapped. There should be no cracks or gear fractures on the gear teeth. Otherwise, replace it
(3) Shaft maintenance: There should be no cracks on the shaft, and the total length of the shaft should not exceed 0.03mm/m, and any exceeding standards should be straightened.
(4) The joint surface (split surface) of the reducer box shall not be scratched, collided or severely scratched in any part, with high edges, flange rotation, etc. The gap after splitting shall not exceed 0.03mm and shall ensure no oil leakage. The parallelism shall not exceed 0.5 mm above 1 m;
Under no-load conditions, the driver is driven at a speed of 1000r/min for at least 10 minutes in both forward and backward directions. When starting, the motor should not have vibration, impact, or abnormal or intermittent abnormal sounds.
The temperature rise inside the box shall not exceed 70 ° C, and the * * * temperature shall not exceed 80 ° C; The temperature rise of the bearing shall not exceed 40 ° C, and the * * value shall not exceed 80 ° C.
3. Maintenance of crane coupling
(1) Tooth surface inspection of gear coupling;
(2) Check the swing of the inner and outer gear ring end faces relative to the centerline;
(3) When the centerline of the shaft is not tilted, check the radial displacement of the coupling device;
(4) Check the deviation angle of the outer ring line caused by the different cores of the two couplings without radial displacement;
(5) The radial displacement of the toothed coupling connected to the intermediate shaft (1) can be referred to in the reference section.
