Before using a crane, there is a step to go through, which is to set up the crane. There are certain techniques for setting up a crane. In this issue, Shandong Qilide Heavy Industry Group Co., Ltd. will introduce the correct method for setting up a crane.
1. Set the mast in the middle of the main beam of the crane, slightly close to the heavier side of the main beam, so that the lifting equipment will not tilt, and firmly tie the electric hoist to the main beam while lifting.
2. When lifting, it should be kept steadily rising and not swayed arbitrarily. To enable control, ropes can be tied at both ends of the equipment.
3. Use a winch and mast to thread the rope into the lifting hole for lifting.
4. Lift the equipment to an appropriate height, fix the control room to the connecting frame and the connecting seat with bolts, and then weld the connecting seats to the main beam and the crossbeam according to the random drawings.
5. When lifting the equipment beyond the track, pull the rope to twist and gradually lower it so that the crane's wheel groove aligns with the track and slowly descends.
The above is all the content we have introduced to you in this issue, hoping to be helpful to you. If you want to learn more, then keep following our website.
