Today, the manufacturer of single girder cranes in Shandong will introduce the layout method of the flatness of the main beam of single girder cranes, hoping to be helpful to everyone.
The unevenness of the main beam of a single beam crane directly affects subsequent processing. Firstly, before entering the next process, we will handle the flatness of the main beam. Then the sandblasting and electroplating time will make the product whiter and flawless. However, the structural characteristics of the main beams of different bridge cranes are different. We need to first understand the following two aspects of the product:
Handle the material and shape of the board surface for lifting the main beam with a single beam. (Plate, roll, irregular part, ruler)
Dealing with the size of the main beam and the surface of the single beam crane (different flatness processes can be selected according to the product to achieve cost and operability control), what kind of leveling effect the main beam should achieve, and the working environment of the beam. And usage requirements (directly related to appearance or used in environments with high dust and humidity)?
Currently, there are two methods to handle the flatness of crane main beams (gantry crane manufacturers):
The use of mechanical processing is to remove polished protrusions by cutting and plastic deformation of the material surface to obtain a smooth surface polishing method, and usually uses grinding stones, polishing liquids, etc.
Chemical polishing is the process of dissolving micro protrusions of local convexity in a chemical medium, resulting in a smooth surface. The main advantage of this method is that it can polish complex workpieces without the need for complex equipment, and can polish many steel plates simultaneously. The problem with chemical polishing is the application of polishing solution and product materials. The surface roughness obtained through chemical polishing is usually 10 μ m.
