Today, the editor from Shandong Longmen Crane Manufacturer will share with you what parts a crane is generally composed of.
Cranes usually consist of three main parts: the frame; The second is the mechanism (including lifting mechanism, operating mechanism, rotating mechanism, variable amplitude mechanism, etc.); The third is the control system.
1. Rack
The frame is mainly composed of bridge, trolley frame, control room, escalator and other components, forming the main body of the crane.
2. Institutions
For bridge cranes, there are only two types of mechanisms: the lifting mechanism and the operating mechanism. No rotating or variable amplitude mechanism. The automobile crane has the four mechanisms introduced above.
The trolley of the bridge crane has two mechanisms: lifting and operation. The small car is equipped with one large and one small winch for lifting heavy objects. The large hoist, also known as the large hook, is located in the middle of the trolley and has various lifting weights such as 8t, 10t, 15t, 20t, 25t, 30t, 40t, 50t, 60t, etc. for selection. The small winch, also known as the small hook, is installed on the right side of the trolley and has various lifting weight specifications. On the left side of the large hoist, there is a small operating mechanism that provides power for the small car to move left and right on the bridge track.
The bridge frame of the overhead crane, also known as the large vehicle, has a shape of II. At its four corners, there are large wheels and operating mechanisms that allow the crane to run longitudinally back and forth in the workshop. The coordination of large and small vehicles enables the lifting of heavy objects to any position within the workshop floor plan.
3. Control system
The control system is set up in the control room. The lifting and lowering of heavy objects, the left and right movement of small cars on the bridge, and the front and rear movement of large cars in the workshop can all be operated in the control room.
